Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within three business days of receiving the order. 

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $10 flat rate
Overnight – $30 flat rate

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Your happiness and love of our oils is our primary goal.

If there is a problem with the order (meaning that the wrong item is delivered, something is broken, or something has leaked). We will replace this as soon as possible and there will be no cost to you.  Please email us and we will replace the item as soon as possible.

If you made a mistake in ordering and do not catch this until the order has arrived, we will accept returns of unopened products. Please email the Oil Jar immediately. There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges are not included in this. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If there is a concern that has not been outlined in the above policy please email us and we will work to answer your questions.
